This is a review for an employee, Toni! I haven't visited the store, just on the road passing through Pennsylvania. My husband & I collect the "you are here" mugs, so I called this store to check if they have them in stock. They don't & are not allowed to get any! Just that alone gets Starbucks a big fat 0. However, Toni was very helpful on the phone and actually took the time to look up a couple stores that carry the Pittsburgh mug. If you're traveling on 80 this would be the closest Starbucks that has them.

So just the fact that Toni took the time & was very helpful on the phone gets 5 stars!

It's great to have a Starbucks at your fingertips when you're shopping the outlets.  I would however say that this location is much slower than other locations.  I waited for an unseemly amount of time to get a coffee, and there were at least 5 people "working" while the line and line grew.   In a busy outlet mall situation, I would think you'd have two people on register.  That's just my perspective though.

As far as quality goes - starbucks is starbucks.  There's not much else to say.  Overpriced coffee for the name?  At least the people working here were pleasant and friendly.

Nice little Starbucks, as busy as it can get here. They never break stride and keep on pushing out those great cups of coffee and Fraps.

I pay good money for a drink and I get served mostly the "cloud" stuff and literally 3 sips of actual coffee. Yes it was slightly busy, but the woman making my drink seem confused and flustered. Not happy. Don't expect coffee when you go to this location. I'd rather wait a few more minutes for what I actually ordered

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!!! And I have been to many of them. The people were not very friendly at all. I went there three times while I was visiting the area and it always seemed dirty and not well stocked. The last time was awful. I get a chai with no water and no foam. When I got my drink it as full of foam, I tried to get it off myself and I was half way down my cup and I never saw liquid. I went to the barista and showed her and she was so crazy rude asking me if I wanted her to re-make it. The second one still had quite a bit of foam, I took that off myself. When I left and tried my drink it was awful. I ended up throwing it away when I got back to our camp. Starbucks are very few in this area, this particular one was 25 mins away. I found another one in Butler and well worth the extra 10 mins to get there. If I hadn't found the one in Butler I would have gladly driven 45 mins to Hermitage rather than ever go to this one again. Do NOT recommend this one
